ROCK HILL –
Police arrested a Rock Hill man after the mother of his child and his own father told officers he assaulted and threatened to kill them with a handgun, according to a police report.
Dawone Quintat Davis, 26, is charged with criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature.
Officers and a K-9 tracking team found Davis running from a Keiger Place apartment Thursday after the woman and his father told police he had forced his way into the home and began hitting her in the face, according to the report.
Davis’ father attempted to intervene, but Davis pushed him to the floor and then shoved the woman into the bedroom, according to the report. Once in the bedroom, according to the report, Davis took out a handgun and threatened to kill both the woman and his father.
Davis also is charged with trespassing and pointing and presenting a firearm. Bond hasn’t been set.
