ROCK HILL — Police arrested a man Thursday for a fourth offense of shoplifting after he allegedly walked out of Kmart on Cherry Road with four pairs of shorts concealed in a shopping bag, according to police reports.
Store security officers told police Darrell Nichols, 47, was uncooperative while trying to detain him, the report states. After police took Nichols into custody, police found previous shoplifting convictions from 2007, 2009 and 2010, the report states.
